- Research titled: Analysis of Ngudi Waluyo General Hospital Performance with Balanced Scorecard Approach aimed to describe about how the company performance according to Balanced Scorecard method. Data collection technique in this research uses documentation technique and data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive, after data analyzed using Balanced Scorecard, then describing analysis of four perspective. Analysis result by using balanced scorecard method shows Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi General Hospital Performance is less good. It can be seen from financial perspective with current ratio indicator and return on investment. Customer perspective using customer satisfaction indicator, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Learning and grow perspective with employee retention, employee training indicators. internal Business perspective of BOR, ALOS, BTO, TOI.
