The type of analysis is a case study, data sources used in this research, namely, organizational structure, related functional, the documents used, payroll procedure. Data collection techniques based on interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques to analyze the input, process, and output Accounting Information System to assess the effectiveness of the payroll function PT.Panca Anugerah Abadi Singosari.
The results of the research, that there are trap in the exercise of the functions of the employment system. This can be see from the lack of parts or function that handle payroll accounting system at this company. Lack of documents such as card production and voucher to cash out requests for payroll purposes. In addition, the lack of accounting functions by the financial difficulties resulting in a accurate financial reporting. This can be see from the lack of accounting record such as general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, subsidiary ledgers and general ledger salary.
