- The research aim is to describe accounting information systems to optimize the profit of the sales function in CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. The tool used is descriptive analysis is to analyze the organizational structure of those involved in the system of credit sales. Analyzing of accounting Information System Input to the system then analyzes the information on systems and accounting procedures and functions related to credit sales. While the last one is to analyze the output of information generated from the reports used by management. The analysis of the input from accounting information system, like documents and accounting records are still incomplete. The analysis in the process of sale accounting information system is double functions performed by the general manager. The results of the analysis to output accounting information system sales are sales reports, to determine the development of sales activities, which will affect the increase in profit to be obtained.
