The research, entitled Performance Analysis of Hotel UMM by Using Balanced Scorecard method, aims to determine the performance of Hotel UMM by using the balanced scorecard. Data collection techniques in this research using techniques of documentation and data analysis techniques used is descriptive quantitative, after analyzing the data using the method of the balanced scorecard with four perspectives, and then describe the results of the analysis to the four perspectives.
