- The research objective is to determine the effect of DAU and PAD District and Municipal Government Expenditures in East Java and to analyze the possibility of flypaper effect on the Shopping District and the City in East Java. The analysis technique used is a simple regression and multiple regression. The results of analysis of these studies show that the DAU and the PAD, either separately or simultaneously have a significant influence on local spending. When viewed more in-depth, the level of dependence is more dominant regional shopping to PAD than DAU. It has been shown that there were no flypaper.
