- This research aims to examine the influence of corporate governance with earning quality and firm value. The method of analysis in this research used multiple regression analysis. Dependent variable in this research used earning quality and firm value. Independent variable in this research used investment opportunity set, corporate governance( managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of commissioner and audit committee). Result indicate that investment opportunity set didn't have significant influence to earning quality but have significant influence to firm value. Corporate governance didn't have significant influence to earning quality and firm value.
