Existence of weakness happened because lack of employee discipline and lack of observation to quality of milk. Control of production volume planned do not been realized. Based on the conclusion, hence suggestion that can do given is in compilation of coordination production planning there must be good between all parts involving in part of production, starts from raw material pennant up to activity exercise of production. Proposed to part of produce of do repair and endorsement to procedure operational standard, gives motivation to employee to work it as according to schedule determined.
