- Investor in doing investment in stock market should realize that beside they would get profit, they could also have loss. Benefit or loss influenced by the ability of investor in analyzing stock price and the possibility of rise and down of price in stock exchange. According to that, there should be seen the influence of fundamental factors represented by ROA, DER and PER to the stock price. The research purpose was to find out empirical evidence about the influence of ROA, DER and PER to the stock price of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2007-2009. Data used was financial report and samples company stock price. Analytical technique used to test the hypotheses in this research was multiple regression analysis calculated with SPSS supported tool. Analytical result showed that in simultaneous way, ROA, DER and PER variables influenced the stock price. According to partial test, there was possibility that ROA variables influenced the stock price, while DER and PER variables didn't influence the stock price.
