The purposes of this research are to describe the implementation of good corporate governance and performance of Muhammadiyah hospital Bandung Tulungagung use balanced scorecard performance. Analysis tools that use to analyze good corporate governance by using interview method with the questioner while performance measurement based on balanced scorecard here use four different perspectives. First, the financial perspective use the indicator ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Equity). Second, the customer perspective use indicator number of complain and customers acquisition. Third, internal business process perspective include ALOS, BOR, BTO and TOI. Fourth, learning and growth perspective indicator that used include employee training rate, absen teeism and employee retention. The result of data analysis show that good corporate governance and performance based on balanced scorecard in Muhammadiyah hospital Bandung Tulungagung is good at all. That is supported by good corporate governance questioner and the indicators used in the four perspective of balanced scorecard that continue to increase.
