- This research represents descriptive research at furniture manufacturing corporate of PT. Domusindo Perdana with title "remuneration accounting information system evaluation and wage at PT.Domusindo Perdana of Pasuruan". Target of research to know how execution of remuneration accountancy information system and wage at PT. Domusindo Perdana, do have as according to existing concept or needing completion. Method of data analyze used by is writer is method qualitative that is analyze method to data which in form of description and report related to remuneration accountancy information system analysis and wage that collected from interview process, and documentation able to show situation truthfully from research object and upon which consideration in decision making. Result of this research indicates that execution of system of pay and remunerating at PT Domusindo Perdana having some strength and weakness. its strength that is existence of separation of function marker of time attend with pay list function, existence of authorization to each document, recalculation to pay list, existence of control when absence and payment of salary facilitating employees. While its weakness that is too length related function, in existence of supporter document of change of wage and salary, there is no fundamental price tag of product for certain order, and in existence of document carbon copy to the parts of passed by. From result of analysis can be concluded that execution of remuneration and wage accountancy information system at PT Domusindo Perdana Pasuruan still has many weakness is so that needed by the existence of repair and correction so that created by good operation system. Pursuant to conclusion above, writer suggest that to summarize related function, making document supporter of change of wage and salary, making fundamental price tag of product for certain order and document double/carbon copy to every part of passed by.
