Data analysis technique used to measure company performance was by analyzing company performance according four perspectives, they are learning and development perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, and financial perspective. Beside, it needed effectiveness analysis to reach performance target. According to analysis done, learning and development perspective in 2008 and 2009 has reached the company?s target. In internal business process perspective year 2008 and 2009, the company has reached the company?s target. In customer perspective, it reached company?s target. But in financial perspective, whether in 2008 and 2009 there couldn't be said effective since there was performance indicator that has not reached. Performance level of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur APJ Malang in 2008 and 2009 included into PLN-K1 category. According to above conclusion, the writer suggest that the company should increase its performance to reach targets from all perspective. Moreover at financial perspective which the target couldn't be reached. The company should minimize operational cost and raise the operational income.
