- This research aims to describe intellectual capital disclosure at three state universities website in Indonesia. The analyses of the data do with giving the checklist sign in every item that disclose Intellectual Capital at university website, if there is an item that disclosed so it will give score "1". The giving of checklist sign based on content analysis. The result of this research can conclude as generally that the Intellectual capital disclosure at three state universities in Indonesia still lower. From thirty nine Intellectual capital items, there is no one from three universities that discloses the item with full disclosure.
