- The purpose of this study was to test the leverage ratio and liquidity ratio simultaneously affect the profitability and to investigate the leverage ratio and liquidity ratio of the partial effect on profitability. The analysis tools is to use ratio analysis, especially the three ratios that are the focus in this study. In addition to ratio analysis this study also used the analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that based on F test CR and DER variables affect simultaneously towards ROI. While based on T test showed that the DER and the CR variables partial effect on ROI.
