- The study is qualitative descriptive research with the title " Performance Analysis of Assets and Liabilities Under the Jombang District Local Government Financial Report Year 2006-2009". This study aims to analyse to performance of assets in year 2006-2009 and to what extent the use of duty on the local government. This study uses an analysis tool the describe the condition of economic assets and property owned by the government of Jombang district, which in the analyse of those assets, there are some analytical analyse including assets growth, analyse of the proportion of assets, working capital analysis, assets turnover analyse. And research uses the analyse to determine the use of debt there are 3 analysis is the analysis of debt growth, debt to PAD analysis, analysis of debt to GDP. The research results found that the performance of assets and growth Jombang in 2006-2009 cope quite well, as seen from the development of its assets value. However, less than optimal utilization of its own assets it is seen from the number of abandoned land. While in performance of duty were categorized in to good, because is debt from year to year and its value decreased relatively low, this can give high credibility for the creditors.
