  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the performance by Bhayangkara Hospitals in Tulungagung through the Balanced Scorecard approach that includes a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective. Analysis tools used in the learning and growth perspective is Employee Retention, Employee Training Rate, Absenteeism, while the internal business process perspective there is a level of service that includes BOR, BTO, TOI, ALOS. At the customer's perspective is the Number of Patients, Number of New Patients Outpatient, Inpatient Number and the last in the financial perspective is Revenue Growth Rate, Efficiency Ratio. Based on calculations and analysis that has been done can be seen that the performance Bhayangkara Hospitals in Tulungagung can be said enough, seen from the perspective of growth and learning that no employee is out, absenteeism increased. Increasing the number of absences due to leave the decision given by the hospital, it indicates the level of discipline on employees pretty well. In internal business process perspective can be quite good, but there are some who have not reached the standards set BTO and ALOS. Seen from the customer's perspective and Total Number of Patients New Patients Outpatient decreased while the amount of Inpatient experienced good improvement. Financial perspective seen from increased revenue growth rate. And the hospital must maintain its earnings numbers by increasing both the quality and quantity of services. For Efficiency Ratio can be said to be less efficient because in the infrastructure development.
