The company delivers innovative products to create the kinds of new products with the latest design in every year, the company also provide after sales service to customers. 3) The customer perspective, the overall performance of the company is good, this is attested by the improvement in the four indicators used. 4) financial perspective, the results are less good financial perspective, of the three indicators used Return on Investment, Profit Margin on Sales, Sales Growth rate in all decline.
