- The analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative is by way of describing or depicting existing data using the theory of the four elements of the reference system of internal control. Benchmarks used to determine the effectiveness of credit is by comparing the number of credits that are targeted by the amount of the credit is realized. The results of the data analysis of each element as a whole can be said to be effective, because the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Pandaan have implemented the four elements of their work activities. However, there are points that are said to be less effective on the third element which checks the sudden absence. This will result in a lack of effective control run. The effectiveness of the credit can be said to have been effective because of the amount of credit that is targeted and capable of realization is always increase in each year.
