- This study aims to asses the financial performance. PT. PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Area. Research using 8 indicator by minister of state decision: KEP-100/MBU/2002 namely: Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, PP, Total Asset Trun Over, TMS forTA. This study uses time series analysis. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. PLN (Persero) periode 2010-2012 Balikpapan area by ministerial decision of state: KEP-100/MBU/2002 can be said to be less good, is shown from the results of the weighting in the year 2010 was 41.75, in 2011 ammounted to 43.50, and in 2012 was 45.50, while the standard weighting of the financial aspect of the overall set of 50.00.
