The Purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover Rate, Capital Structure and Scale Company to Profitability in Food & Beverage company Listed on the Stock Exchange. The Analysis tool Used is cintent analysis, the classsical assumption, and hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis using the t test and test R2. Results of analysis from 2009 to 2012 with 8 foo & Beverage companies were selected as sample, shows that the company is experiencing a high turnover of working capital, a company INDF, Capital structure and scale of the company to fund the companyÂ’s operations more dominant debt. Results hypothesized effect of independent variables on dependennt variables. Working capital turnover rate affectts the profitability, capital structure and the scale does not affect the companyÂ’s profitability. From the test results showed that 37,3% R2 dependent variable is affected while the test is influenced by other variable. From the research that has been done can be concluded that the rate of turnover of working capital affect the profitability, capital structure and scale of the affect company profitability.
