- Driver of public transportation as worker has psychology’s stressing from 2 sides. From the first side, the driver has many problem as per operating their work, such as they must face of the complain from customer, and also the different of cost from the other competitor and also the broken of their vehicle. The second side is the psychology’s stressing from the impact that people could get motorcycle with credit from the bank easily so that influence model of transportation. This research is a descriptive qualitative, means research that have purpose to make a description with systematic system, factual and accurate about the facts, correlative between the phenomenal that observed. The subject or this research is the driver of public transportation in Malang city. From this research could make a conclusion that the factor which could make stress for driver is slacking of customer, the traffic in the road, and also the broken of their vehicle. Stressing management for the driver in this research from 8 respondent refer to 4 respondent (50%) solve their problem with positive way, the other 4 respondent (50%) solve their problem negatively. The positive way is the realization of stress management with their effort to still looking for the customer for example with waiting in front of market, driving slowly, look for the customer in the crowded area such as market, school, and managing their stress in the positive way with still thank to God because they are religious persons. Subject who don’t have positive way to solve their problem often face the problem with drink the alcohol. Stress management is their effort to pass away their stress. The negative way just could pass their problem temporary. But if the source of their problem couldn’t done, the problem will happen again. The subject is very susceptible with economic stressing and job which unsuitable with their hope
