- Background. OutdoorLiving Child is children running the streets to be a beggar or be unemployed. Their ages are around baby (carried by the begging parents) to adolescents. They have different social characteristics each other, depend on their age, sex, education, relationship with parents, activities, environment, and income. Therefore, their knowledge level in giving perception on something also different too includes in the case of reproduction health and sexual education. Purpose. To know determine correlation between the knowledge level about reproductionhealth and the sexual behavior of outdoor living child in Merdeka Square of Malang. Research method. Observational analytic research using cross sectional method. Based on total sampling, the amounts of sample are 40 respondents. The independent variable is knowledge level on reproduction health. While, the dependent variabel is sexual behavior of outdoorlivingchild. Data collection uses questionnaire. Further, data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and presented in the form of distribution frequency table. The existence of correlation between knowledge level on reproduction health with sexual behavior is tested by using Chisquare test. Result. The research results shows that 72.5% knowledge level on reproduction health is good and 27.5% is less. On sexual behavior, there is 60% risky sexual behavior and 40% is not risky. Chisquare test result is obtained p = 0.014 (p < 0.05), hence there is correlation between knowledge level on reproduction health with sexual behavior of outdoorliving child around Merdeka square of Malang City. Conclusion. Resulted the existence of correlation between knowledge level on reproduction health with sexual behavior of outdoorliving child around Merdeka suare of Malang city.
