- Attitude as important components that determine individual reactions to the stimulus is considered to have a domain important in determining reaction potential that will be raised. Safety and health is one important factor that determines the success and progress of an enterprise and welfare for employees in it. The purpose of this study was to see a picture trends employee attitudes PT PG Kebon Agung Malang on safety and occupational health. The study this time using quantitative descriptive design. The data collection technique used is to use the instrument scale attitude toward safety and health in the form of Likert scale. The subjects of this study are employees of PT PG Kebon Agung Malang on the part / unit of production techniques. Data collection was carried out on 06 March to 3 April 2006. The results of research obtained is known as much as 61.46% of respondents have a strong attitude and intensity as much as 38.54% of respondents have a weak intensity attitude toward safety and health, which it describes are still weak attitude toward safety and health.
