- Research on the Comparative Analysis of literary texts is based on the consideration, among others, the life of Javanese women, in this case represented by the circulation of the novel works BekisarMerah Ahmad Tohari, as rural women who still cling to the norms, and Midah in Novel Si Midah Gold Teeth sweet works of Pramoedya Ananta Toer, as a woman who freely and choose to live as women who rely on street keroncong music. Some of the statements above provide inspiration to researchers to conduct comparative studies on the novel by Ahmad Tohari Bekisar Red and Gold Teeth Midah Si Manis Pramoedya Ananta Toer's work in terms of outlook on life and an attitude that the two main characters. This study aimed to describe: (1) The view of life dams lasi attitude to life in the novel character of Ahmad Tohari Bekisar Red, (2) The view of life dams attitudes Midah figures in the novel The Sweet Teeth Gold Midah work of Pramoedya Ananta Toer. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe the objective as possible about the phenomenon of women in the novels of Ahmad Tohari Bekisar Red and Gold Begigi Midah Si Manis work of Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The approach used is the sociology of literature for researchers trying to combine social science disciplines with the humanities. Data collected in the form of a series of paragraphs, sequence the story, the sentences, dialogues, and monologues in accordance with our attitudes and outlook on life, which serve as the research problem. Sources of data obtained from the novel by Ahmad Tohari Bekisar Red and Gold Begigi Midah Si Manis work of Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Based on the above objectives, the results of data analysis, as follows: (1) In The Sweet Midah noevel Gold Teeth, Midah has a view of life and attitudes that still clung to the teachings of his parents, although in real life Midah-day life of a free vote. (2) In the novel Red Bekisar, lasi has a view of life and attitudes that hold fast to the teachings of their parents. Although lasi chose to flee from their villages and live in Jakarta, that in fact life is more different from the life of insulation in the village.
