- In the work of the Joint College Building construction project Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo there are some activities that work performed. For that we need a good management in setting the source resources and time and cost for each type of job. Where work activities it requires good planning and organized to facilitate work and supervision and the provision of resources that will be needed on the conduct of the field. It is expected that the project work will run effectively, smoothly and not the fluctuations of human resource needs sharp. For ease in scheduling, analyzing budget plan costs, create networks (Netwok Planning) and human resource management (Resource leveling) used a computer tool package Microsoft Project 2003. Development planning the Joint University College Building Project Muhammadiyah Poonorogo optimally can be completed within 15 months or 64 weeks beginning on the first week in January 2006 and ending in the second week in March 2007, with the total Budget Plan obtained at a cost of Rp. 6,620,621,000.00, - (six billion six hundred twenty million six hundred twenty one thousand dollars).
