- In this case embodied in the new buildings withinthe library building project STIKES Kendedes Malang. The building consists of four floors, located on the campus area complex STIKES Kendedes Malang. The building was intended to meet the needs of students, so hopefully in this new building can meet the needs of students both in quality and quantity. In planning the project there are various activities which there are many, so we need a good management so that its implementation does not happen on time and human fluctuations. The purpose of this study is to determine how much time it takes to complete the library building project STIKES Kendedes Malang, how many human resources needed, how much the costs for the construction of library building STIKES Kendedes Malang. From the calculation that the implementation of the project by considering the holidays and holy days other then the project can be completed during 186 working days with details of the projects are carried out in January to August, the calculation is found that amount of human resources that was necessary in library building development projects STIKES Kendedes Malang get the total employees were 66 person, from the cost calculation based on the analysis of material prices Kimpraswil Malang fiscal year 2008 the total cost of Rp. 2,716,468,200.00 (including VAT 10%).
