- Changes that occur in society caused by the entry of industrialization in the midst of society and will cause a shift of liver values and norms that exist in society. Industrialization automatically assigns a state of society that used to come from a traditional society into modern society. For this reason the authors are interested in researching on Industrialization and Rural Community Change Behavior Pattern (Behavioral Pattern Study of Social Change and Economic Behavior Pattern Changes occurring at side: Village, District Geneng, Ngawi District.) Village side: side: the Village is one of the villages situated in District Geneng. Ngawi District, Village Timur.Penduduk Java side: the majority is the livelihood of farmers and laborers tani.Namun after the entry of industries such as sugar mill industry, the tobacco industry, small industry tempeh crisps, small industries chopsticks, indirectly changing the livelihoods of working in the sector industries such as the industrial workers and entrepreneurs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this study sample of 20 people by not distinguishing sex and using purposive sampling technique .. In establishing a model analysis, the researchers used interactively by Miles and Huberman. Interactive model of data analysis. Later on in the study of theory, the author refers to the theory of mind development by Auguste Comte who reveals that the theory of mind development, there are three main stages in which the society develops. This stage is determined according to the dominant way of thinking: (1) Theological (2) Metaphysical (3) Positive And Theory of Structural Functionalism by Tallcot Parsons who expressed the community is a social system which consists of the parts or elements are inter-related. Changes that occur in a section will also bring changes to another section or in other words that social change with all the consequences and impact. From the research data that has been gained, through the presentation of data, researchers found that the process of behavioral change on the village side: is preceded by the entry of industrialization in their midst which later resulted in changing their lives for the better. After entry of the industry indirectly livelihood changes to the industrial sector, the economic life of society increases, changes in economic behavior patterns tend consumptive society. Incomes rise. Consumptive patterns become more varied society, society needs to shift to a demand that symbolizes social statuis and prestige. Social behavior villagers no longer care about the environment, individualistic. Routines side: Village community centered on the industrial sector, so that a sense of togetherness, solidarity, kinship as a characteristic of rural communities fade.
