- South Korea is one of country the delivery destination of Indonesian migrant workers. Problems labour sending to Indonesia South Korea has been arranged in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Since January 1, 2007 Indonesian workers send to South Korea by using the programs G to G, without involving the private sector again. Program G to G is the government's efforts in order placement and protection of Indonesian Workers to South Korea as part of a national development program gradually improved quality through BNP2TKI institutions. In this study researchers using qualitative deskriptik methods and theory interdependece. The discovery by researchers during this, that by not involve private parties placement of workers to South Korea be undertaken by the institution BNP2TKI, the problems that adverse or degrading labour Indonesia and country can be avoided and reduced as small as possible. Agreement with the sending of Indonesian workers through a Memorandum of Understanding between the Indonesia Government and the South Korea Government is a positive step taken by the government in preventing the occurrence of new problems Indonesian manpower in the country or in South Korea. Researcher suggest to the government, access good information and clear can be accepted by Labor candidate to Indonesia until to homelands. The government must have the certainty of a clear legal protection and punish middlemen who squeeze Indonesian Labour candidate.
