- PT. Plastic Berlina Tbk is one of the companies engaged in the field of plastic production, one product is Hansaplast Spool. Because of high demand products, the company tried to meet the demand by optimizing the number of existing machines. But it was hard to do because of the production line at the Department of Injection Moulding PT Berlina often occurs Down time machine and Reject products that result in productivity will be low. To measure productivity at the Department of Injection Moulding, the researcher using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness. OEE is a "key metrics" in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance. OEE can directly analyze the rate Availability, Performance Rate, and Quality rated so it can be the foundation for company improvement efforts. Overall Equipment Effectiveness Value on measurements obtained at the Department of Injection Moulding is as follows: Availability rate is 88.33%, 95.39% Performance Rate, Qualiy rate is 96.66% and 81.46%, Overall OEE. Business enterprises based on the improvements made pillars Total Productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness to achieve World Class standards.
