- This research is a kind of a case study relates with the financial performance of a certain company. It was analyzed by using two methods namely Cross Section and Time Series. Indonesian Textile Industry and Textile Product (TPT) take a big role in the national economy matters. In line with this, TPT faces a serious problem where there are rampant illegal textile import that goes to the domestic market, especially from China. Unpurposely, it gives a big impact to the financial performance of the company. PT Industri Sandang Nusantara Unit Patal Lawang Malang is one of the manufacturing company which concentrates in textile industry especially in spinning yard production. The appraisement of the financial performance of this company is analyzed by Cross Section Method shows that by 2006 the accumulative score of appraisement criterion has an unhealthy degree with B indicator and 32.5 score. Furthermore, at 2007 there was a declined score by 20.5 which is meant the financial performance of the related company is unhealthy, referring to the CCC indicator. The same case faced where at 2008, there was no changes and seems quite the same with the previous year; it was still 20.5 from the total with the CCC indicator. For the last action, by using Time Series method, the result shows degradation. It can be seen after comparing the financial performance from year to year, by using Profitability Ratio, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Activity Ratio. As the conclusion, from the Cross Section and Time series analysis, the financial performance of PT Industry Sandang Nusantara Unit Patal Lawang is quite unhealthy.
