- Budget plan is a very important part in project management to get the project objectives in an efficient and optimal, as well as in project development Ponorogo Muhammadiyah University, which plans to build a lab building as a facility supporting the teaching and learning activities that require project management planning regarding Budget Plan Fees. In this thesis, we discussed the problem of House Budget Plan Ponorogo Muhammadiyah University Laboratory with the help of the program facility Microsoft Project 2003 to simplify the calculation process and pendjadwalan. Results of calculation Budget Plan amounted Rp.3.470.870.000.00 .- with project completion time of the first week of February 2006 until the second week of February 2007, or about 54 weeks with the allocation of human resources that do not fluctuate so that the project completion time become more efficient.
