Oman Sukmana, M. Si Musrenbang is an annual discussion forum held in a participatory manner by the stakeholders to agree on budget year plan of activities that run in accordance with the level level. The goal itself is held musrenbang to accommodate and set priority actions the community needs obtained from the planning meeting in accordance with the level below it, and set APBDes funded activities and other funding sources. Therefore involvement and management aspects very relevant in this regard concerning planning. This Perecanaan stated goals of the organization and determine the best procedures for achieve, where a rational decision process in the allocation of resources funds to achieve specific objectives refer to the past and the conditions to move now to the future. But in musrenbang fact have only a blank program, because musrenbang village level are not implemented in earnest. Less involved in the community to discuss together what urgent development needs done. This research was conducted by using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques performed through: Observations and interviews and documentation. After examination keabsahanya, the data are analyzed by means of data presentation and analysis.
