- In an organization primarily engaged in profit organizations, labor quality is an important factor to support the work productivity. Labor quality can only be obtained by proper selection. Recruitment or withdrawal of labor is the search process and the withdrawal of labor pliers ability and their specifications in accordance with company needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were six permanent employees who have worked for 10 years at PT. Boiler Division Singosari Indomarine Malang. Data collection methods are interviews and observation. Test the validity of research data using triangulation method. The results of data analysis showed that kekurangtepatan rekrument workforce at the company caused the decrease employee performance, decrease motivation to excel, jealousy arises in the workplace, low job satisfaction, low levels of discipline and lack of fulfillment of the target company.
