  • Keywords: Communication Leadership, Employee Loyalty In an ideal company, there is always a structure of leadership. Starting from the management to the employees under the structure. To create understanding between employees needed an effective approach of the management (leadership). These relationships are later called as internal relations (links inside). With the leadership that is able to build relationships, it can develop human resources so that they can compete and achieve company goals. Internal relations also serve as a form of information disclosure and effective communication between the leadership with the employee. Communication messages conveyed by the leadership in the form of information, orders, policies will be in the perception by employees. If this perception is formed positive in the long run will facilitate the emergence of employee loyalty to the company. Opposite of the above background, the formulation of the issues raised in this study were (1) Is there any influence between communication leadership and employee loyalty?, (2) How much influence between communication leadership and employee loyalty?, (3) How high employee loyalty ? Then the purpose of this study were (1) To determine the presence or influence between communication leadership to the loyalty of employees, (2) To know how big influence, (3) To know how high employee loyalty. To help the understanding of researchers, in this study used the theoretical framework that describes the communication of leadership and employee loyalty. The theory of leadership used by Tannenbaum and Schmidt in an article published in the magazine Harvad Business Review: How To Choose Leadership Paterrn as cited Thoha (2002:266) argued that autocratic and democratic styles kepemimpinn can didudukan in a continuum from highly autocratic leader behaviors ( The first field) on an end to the behavior of a very democratic leader (second field) at the other end. Both field effect is used in conjunction if the leader's decision-making activity. With the inclusion of employees in any decision-making will arise from the employees themselves have to create a sense of employee loyalty is high.
