  • Burnout is a syndrome experienced by teachers, a form of emotional exhaustion, physical exhaustion and mental fatigue combined with low self-esteem, stress results from a strong and long-standing and ongoing. Burnout often occurs on the employees who work in the field of social services such as teachers. The aspects that influence the emergence of Burnout include physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, mental fatigue and attitudes, low self esteem. Interpersonal conflict is one factor that can influence the incidence of burnout. This can occur because the individuals involved in the conflict will feel distressed that can cause stress. We know that the accumulation of prolonged stress can cause burnout. When in an institution like a lot of school teachers who experience burnout, then of course the teachers work productivity will decline, and attendance increased. This of course will have negative impact on these teachers and schools where teachers are teaching as well as students who attend the school. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between interpersonal konlfik against burnout. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is all teachers who teach in junior high Negri 1 Parang, Magetan. The sampling technique is the method of the total sample because of the limited number of population that is 50 teachers. Data collection method used is the scale. Where there are two scales used, the scale of interpersonal conflict and slaka burnout. While the data analysis methods used are product moment correlation. Results of analysis found that r = 0.350 and p = 0.013. This indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal conflict with burnout. This means that the higher interpersonal conflict experienced by teachers, the higher the burnout experienced by teachers. The effective contribution of interpersonal conflict on burnout of 12.25%, rest influenced by other variables such as organizational culture, history and culture, life stress, individual characteristics, emotional involvement and so forth.
