- Physical problem will give influence, especially when people in teenagers. In teenagers, physical condition is the most important part in building the new self. Inconvenience physical conditions often disturb activity. Commonly, for handicapped person, it will difficult to reach achievement, whether it is in education or even in other fields and it is often raise psychological problems because the defected physic of teenagers will cause their hopeless and unconfident to be the member of society. Yet, there is physical inviable person that have motivation to reach achievement. Based on the phenomenon, the researcher wants to investigate the background of achievement motivation on inviable teenagers and how the psychological dynamic from the background is to form achievement motivation of the inviable teenagers. The approach used in this investigation is case study approach. The subject of this investigation is two inviable teenagers. The instrument of this investigation is observation and interview. Observation is conducted only to determine the subject with defected physic inviably. Interview is conducted to collect the data deeply in correlation with motivation to have achievement of the subject. Based on the result of investigation, it is found that each subject has similarity on the factors as the background of their achievement motivation and psychological dynamic as the background of achievement motivation. Internal factors on each subject are aspiration, physical and mental, encouragement to achievement, has resilience in facing difficulties or challenge. Besides, there is also external factors where the subjects get encouragement from parents or family, friends, social environment, and facilities.
