Conducting of research with the object of group of industry cigarette consisted by the PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT BAT of Indonesia Tbk poured in this skripsi, is to know the efficiency of working capital company Tobacco manufacturers. Result of analysis from financial statement at company Tobacco manufacturers, showing change to every year during period 2004 up to 2008. With the asset had pass the calculation of ratio of likuiditas and activity, there are some company can to use the working capital had efficiently, but there are some other company still not yet can use the working capital company efficiently so that happened the inefisien. If compared to fourth company, company which have succeeded efficient working capital owned is PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk.
