- Economic crisis knock over Indonesia in 1998, it caused many problems in economic and socialy. The ecomomic problems became worse in the following year. The situation created many of Indonesian productive worker unable to work both in formal economic or in informal ecomomic activities, it forces many Indonesian to seek job in foreign country and tend to increaso from time to time. The international migrant workers from Indonesia or known as TKI mostly work in domestic service sector such as housemind, factory workers, or even in another manufacturar sector, and many of the workers are frome villege, including some of them from the villege of Munggut, Padas district and the regency of Ngawi. After finishing their jobs, they will back to Indonesia. As a matter of fact, not all of the workers who back to Indonesia has succes story and more over back change their he in the villege. As they want to, in contrast, many of them who back to homeland have succes story and bring a lot of money, so they can make a better life afferwords. The researcher has done qualitative research to further investigate the life of workers who have already back to Indonesia, their life not only observed in the filed of ecomomic but also in the filed of. Besides, the result of the research is useful to develop the knowledge of sosiology in the villege society, and also as refference to future researcher who are interested in the field of study. The result of this study also can be used as refference input for the govermant to take policy apply the policy in tern of the problem faced by the workers affter back to Indonesia. The researchcer do the research in Munggut village, the districof Padas, Ngawi regency. In doing the research, researcher used purposif sampling, and then the collect the data, the researcher used some methods, such as open observation, open interview, and also study the supporting documents. The researcher used interactive model of analysis proposed by Miles and Hubberman, reprenting analysis by using depiction or descreption. In doing the research, the researcher uses supporting document based on the sosiology theory such as the theory of Rasionality by Max Webber. The existance of Indonesia migrant workers covers several factors. Firstly, the exist of economi, that is the fullfill of daily need affter finish the work and back to Indonesia, most of the Indonesia migrant workers work as farmer and trader, and also to manage the result of their work, this management also deals with the budget of daily need and include the issue of healty and family education. Secondly, the social exist, that covers the social relationship, active in organization, the sense of solidarity, and also the harmonised of the family. Besides, it can be further explained about the obstacles or problems, that are feced by them and to over come it.
