To uncover the phenomenon, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. While the basis of this research, refers to framing analysis model which was introduced by Pan and Gerald M. Zhongdang Kosicki. Framing analysis focuses particularly on the systematic study of political language. In this case, the choice of certain words are in use by the media is not understood as a neutral choice, but something that has construction such a way for a particular purpose. After analyzing construction Compass and Java Post news about 100 days SBY government, it is known that the construction of Compass news tends to further highlight the government party in the appeal the critics. However, the tendency is not expressed directly, but by constructing a syntactic structure, script, thematic and rhetorical news by making the government as its point of interst. While the Java Post, a trend that accentuates the critics than the government.
