- This research aim to to know any kind of influencing storey;level earnings of woman labour small industry banana kripik district of lumajang and how big influence of the factors to earnings of woman labour. Intake of sampel with census technique where data collecting which count all population units of industru banana kripik specially lumajang. Sampel taken counted 60 woman labour people by census. Especial Research result which have known is that from third selected variable altogether have an effect on positive to storey;levels earnings of woman labour trust storey;level 63,3% that is equal to 0,633 to umur, and to a period of; 0,865. factor influencing storey;level earnings of woman labour owning biggest coefficient that is of old age factor equal to 5,722.
