Not just normal people who are physically disabled also need jobs for survival, the opportunity that people with disabilities to obtain employment more limited because of his physical condition .. Achievement motivation need to be owned by employees to achieve optimum work results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate achievement motivation differences between employees with disabilities and non disabled employees. This research memggunakan quantitative approach. The subject of this research is employee Tiara Handycraf and LINIKA Colection. The sampling technique used is total sampling. With the number of research subjects employees 62 people. Data collection method used is the scale of achievement motivation. The data collected was analyzed using t-test using computer program SPSS for Windows version 11. The results showed no differences in achievement motivation are highly significant (t = 3.401, sig &lt;0.01) between employees and employees with disabilities panyandang not disabled.
