  • The research was survey research titled “Influenced of Employee job satisfaction to the organization commitment of Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang”. The research aimed to find out the employee job satisfaction. To find out the significant influence of job satisfaction consisted of salary satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, work group satisfaction, supervisor satisfaction, satisfaction to the work itself, satisfaction to the working conditions, job satisfaction to the organization commitment to Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang. Population in this research were all employees of Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang consisted of 163 people. Samples in this research used proportionate random sampling. Analytical tools used in the research was scale rate and simple regression. Hypothesis test used was F test. Analytical result of scale rate showed that job satisfaction has average score 234,2 which existed on satisfaction and commitment organization has average score 234,466 in high determination. The influence of work satisfaction to the organization commitment showed by Fcount 22,711 so that simultaneous job satisfaction variable influenced organization commitment. According to the simple linear regression there could be found that value 0,378 so that could be concluded that job satisfaction influenced organization commitment
