- To achieve the desired productivity level, it needs the drive and hard struggle with other components. The condition or working environment is one of the components that support the referred productivity to achieve. The good working environment can cause the happy and calm feeling to the employee that eventually will affect someone to work more actively. In the simple understanding, the employee wants the condition around is good, because the condition leads to the enjoyment or excitement physically. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this research are 82 people, where they are taken from the production division employees in PT. Otsuka Indonesia Malang. The data collection method using scale. The validity test using product moment correlation, reliability test using alpha analysis. The data analysis uses the product moment correlation. From the result of this research it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship and very significant between the perception about the physical working environment with the employee’s working productivity in correlation (r) of 0,511 and error probability value (p) of 0,000 also the effective contribution of 26,1%. It means that the more positive employees perception about the physical working environment in the production division of PT. Otsuka Indonesia Malang the higher their working productivity will be.
