- This research have the character of case study by obyek research in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (persero) and take title “ Inspection of Management To Function of Sale To Asses Storey, Level of Efficiency and Efektifitas of Effort”. Target of this research is to study efficiency and efektifitas of function of sale when relied on by phase of management inspection. And also to know the way of in improving efficiency and efektifitas of function of sale for company. Appliance of analysis used to know efficiency and efektifitas of function of sale in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (persero) that is use analyzer of efficiency and analyse efektifitas, where this analysis aim to assess how far plan sale which have been compiled can be reached. As for approach used is variant analysis (difference). The inspection of managemen is done by 5 phase, that is : introduction of survey phase, phase of field research, phase of composing program inspection, phase of inspection implementation and phase of reporting and recommendation. From the result of analysis known that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (persero) cannot say efficient and efektive yet. Based on the conclusion, the researcher can suggest that the company should defend what have been reached during the time in their sale activity. Besides the company needs to give attention the possibilities that will be happen in estimate arrange company. The company must cooperate with others company more close.
