Every job must be the cause of fatigue, but how to minimize fatigue in the work that must be solved. The interaction created by the working environment can make a person excited. Someone who experienced job burnout would require social support or support from the people around him to reduce or eliminate the feeling of fatigue. With the social support of the environment surrounding the possibility of working on employee burnout can be reduced. Therefore, based on exposure above, researchers interested in conducting research on the relationship of social support with job burnout. This study uses a quantitative approach using Variables in social support, as well as Bound Variables: Fatigue of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support with the fatigue of employees working on the rotary PT Indah Plywood Sumbermas. The subject used as samples in this study as many as 50 people. The research instrument used in the form of social support scale, and scale of work fatigue. Analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation analysis.&#xD; From the data analysis used in this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between social support with job burnout on employees (r = -0.575, sig. = 0.000).
