Civil engineering (General)</subject><description>Cement board is building component that made from hydraulic adhesive materials or the like, plastic waste become additional material in the form of grain in the cement board making that expected able to know how the influence of the addition of plastic waste at the cement board toward the pressure strength and flexibility strength. Cement board with height of 100 cm and width 30 cm and thickness of 3 cm and wire 1 cm x 1 cm that made of 18 pieces each for two specimen with mixing&#xF0C6;gauze addition variation 1:0.5:0.5,1:0.5:1, 1:0.5:1.5. (Cement: Adhesive: Plastic Aggregate). 6 Specimens were tested for pressure strength, 6 specimens for horizontal flexibility and 6 specimens for vertical flexibility strength. From the results, it is obtained that the pressure strength of the board with mixing (1:0.5:1.5) was 3.87 Mpa include into B quality, while board with (1:0.5:0.5) has 6.05 Mpa. The&#xD; horizontal flexibility strength with mixing (1:0.5:1) is 1.72 Mpa include in quality A. While the board with mixing (1:0.5:1.5) has flexibility strength of 1.503 Mpa. The vertical flexibility strength with mixing (1:0.5:1.5) was 11.7 Mpa while board of (1:05:1) was 11.025 Mpa and cement board of (1:0.5:1.5) was 10.575.
