- The research was done in order to find out the application of Good Corporate Governance in Regional General Hospital, based on regional autonomy effected to a regional general Hospital paradigm as cost center, so that it should combine service public orientation and profit orientation with value for money focus. The research purposes were to find out the application of Good Corporate Governance and also to find out GCG analysis in increasing the Regional General Hospital performance with balance scorecard approach in Ibnu Sina Regional General Hospital Gresik Residence. The research used survey method that was primary data collection from original source. Primary data collected by the writer to answer the research question in oral and written way. The method needed contract or relation between the researcher and subject (respondent) to find out the data needed. Data collection technique used two ways, they were questionnaire and interview. In statistical equation, the writer used simple regression analysis to find out the influence of GCG to the performance by balance scorecard approach. The equation concluded that there was significant influence between GCG with the performance by balance scorecard approach. Hypothesis stated by the writer could be accepted.
