- The research aimed to find out the condition of operational cycle of food and beverage sector company which its stock listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange, to find out how the relation between operational cycle with liquidity and profitability at food and beverage company which its stock listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis used in this research were: there are strong relation between operation cycle with liquidity and profitability in food and beverage company which its stock listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The hypothesis showed that there were no strong relation between operational cycle with liquidity and profitability at food and beverage sector company which its stock listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. To see the development of operational cycle by using goc resulted operational cycle condition from each companies though there were some fluctuation, lower operation cycle and faster year to year back and forth, but basically they were better. It could be concluded that the condition of companies in food and beverage sector were better. Analytical tool used to find out relation between operational cycle with liquidity and profitability at Food and Beverage companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange was correlation analysis method using SPSS 13.0 Windows. The research resulted relation between operational cycle with fast ratio low and opposite with r=-0,022 value. Relation between operational cycle with ROI was strong and opposite with r= -0,452 value. Keywords: Operational cycle, cash flow, liquidity and profitability
