- Fast Bus is one of City transportation facility used by Probolinggo society who wanted to go to Malang or in the opposite. Its existence was really potential to be served since the activity which was done often by the society like trading, education, social-culture etc. As transportation facility, Fast bus has some problems influenced their performance. Empty seat, the increasing amount of passengers in busy days, rapid competition among cluster in the same route. So that there needed a study to find out the level of public transportation performance, the transportation needs, and analysis to get balance between demand and supply this time. The evaluation study aimed to performance parameters by Directorate General of Land Transportation From the evaluation, there found average load factor for Probolinggo-Malang route was 0.78, the average speed of Probolinggo-Malang line was 45.66 km/hour, Probolinggo-Malang headway route 30.30 minutes, average travel time for Probolinggo-Malang route was 1.31 minutes/km frequency for Probolinggo-Malang route was 1.98 vehicle/hour. From the balance analysis between supply and demand, there found the cluster needed was 40 cluster.
