According to the full test, there found that f-count value in this research was 14,185 and f-table was 2,728 which showed that f-count > f-table. It means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that the fundamental factors consisted of EPS, PER, BV, and PBV were stated to be significantly influenced the share-price. According to the partial test or test of each fundamental factors, there found tcount for EPS, PER, PBV and BV were 3,484; -0,98; -0,669; 2,320 with t¬table + 2,052. For t¬count EPS and PBV larger than ttable, means that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, which means in partial EPS and PBV influenced the stock price. While PER and PBV, tcount value larger than ttable means that Ho accepted and Ha rejected so that could be stated that in partial PER and BV didn’t influenced the stock price.
