- Purpose of this research was to determine level of standard time formally to employee in yielding one stove units. Hypothesis at this research expressed that anticipated the duration time to finalize one making cycles of box type stove with axis 30 is 49 minutes 35 seconds. Analyzer applied to know level of standard time was by using method Time Study where its the stages; steps inter alia; specifies mode of action of standard, elaborates work of this elements, determines number of cycles, work study, measures achievement of worker, determines average time, determines normal time, determines rating factor, determines back up time, determines standard time. From result of calculation with Metode Time Study is got level of standard time 3472,80 seconds or 57,88 minutes. With result of this expected employee can work in the range of time so that level of out put amounts yielded able to be estimated with interest precise. Based on solution which had been done hence got standard time 3472, 80 seconds or 57 minutes 88 seconds. So level of applicable time standard at stove company "Terang Bulan" Malang to yield one coaxial box type stove units 30 is 3472,80 seconds or 57 minutes 88 seconds. From initial hypothesis of research, where in gets level of time in yielding one stove units is 49 minutes 35 seconds unlike result of research that is 57 minutes 88 seconds, so that inferential that initial hypothesis is refused. Based on research result done at stove company "Terang Bulan" Malang and in earns level of standard time hence expected company in doing planning of its the job activity referring to the process of coaxial box type stove 30 using in working standard at employee 3472,80 seconds or 57 minutes 88 seconds
